A) Payment Methods
You can use the following methods to pay on the Elix Aesthetic Centre online platform:
1. PayPal or Credit Card (Visa/Master/American Express)
We chose the PayPal platform to help complete the transaction. This platform is commonly used on online shopping stores worldwide, so there is no need to worry about the security issue. PayPal does not force user to register in order to use them, so you just need to have a credit card then you can pay instantly. Just select "Pay with a Card" when paying and you can pay with credit card. Please refer to the "Shopping Guide" page for further details.
2. 「PayMe」or「FPS」Payment
"PayMe" is a payment service provided by HSBC. It is very popular in Hong Kong and is easy to use. "Faster Payment System" (FPS) is also a common fast payment service provided among local banks. Customers can make quick payment using their own pre-registered bank account.
Faster Payment System (FPS) or PayMe payment should be completed offline within 24 hours of the order. Please contact us with WhatsApp: +852-9611 9936 or phone: +852-2151 1636 about your payment.
a) For FPS, please transfer to mobile number +852-9611 9936 and confirm our company name “ELIX HK LIMITED” and enter the correct amount and pay;
b) For PayMe, we will provide you a PayMe link, as long as you click on this link, your mobile phone will automatically open your registered PayMe application. Then confirm our company name “Elix Aesthetic Centre” with correct amount and pay.
c) You also can self manage the PayMe payment by scan the QR code below, verify our company name "Elix Aesthetic Centre" correct, input the correct amount and pay. Then send us the Order number and payment record for further handling.
We will process the order as soon as we receive the payment and send the goods as soon as possible, thank you!
Note: PayMe is a mobile payment service provided by HSBC and is currently only available to Hong Kong user with local phone number and bank account.
3. Bank Transfer
Bank transfer should be completed offline within 24 hours of the order, after that please take a photo on receipt or a screenshot on the payment to us and send it by WhatsApp: +852-9611-9936 or email: info@elix.com.hk. Please provide the shopping order number to expedite the processing and verification of the order, we will process the order as soon as we received the payment and sent the goods as soon as possible, thank you!

B) Mailing instructions
Elix Aesthetic Center provides you with a convenient express delivery service and experience different online shopping!
In addition to providing local Hong Kong delivery, we also mail it to Macau. Due to customs clearance issues, we will not provide services to mainland China for the time being, please understand!

Hong Kong/Macau local delivery service:
Free shipping on orders over HK$500 or above to a single delivery address.
We will send it to your company or office by SF Express (can be sent to SF Express Station or EF Locker) (It is recommended to fill in the address of the business or SF address to avoid delays and re-delivery charges caused by no one receiving the goods. When you checkout, you DO NOT need to add the shipping cost, we will arrange it at the time of delivery.).
If the purchase is less than $500, the customer can choose to:
a) Pick-up at the store
Customers can pick up the goods in person at the store.

b) SF Store"Paid by Consignee"
The customer can pay the postage at the same time, and send it to the designated address or send it to SF Store. Please leave the SF store number and address in the “Order Note”.

c) EF Locker - the smart cabinet " Paid by Consignee"
After the goods arrive at the smart cabinet, you will be notified by SMS, and the customer can go to the smart cabinet to collect the goods with Octopus.
Only send to their smart cabinet outlets, please leave the smart cabinet number in the "Order Notes".

d) SF Service Partner - like Circle K, 7-11 " Paid by Consignee"
After the goods arrive at the SF Service Partner, you will be notified by SMS, and the customer can go to the SF Service Partner site to collect the goods with Octopus.
Only send to SF Service Partner site, please leave the SF Service Partner number and address in the "Order Notes".

Mailing precautions
• After the customer places an order, we will usually send the order in 2-5 days depends on stock status.
• If the customer wants to send it directly to the home or work location, please fill in the correct address and phone number and ensure that someone at home or the company receives the goods. For repeated delivery, you will be charged an extra shipping fee of HK$50.
• If you want to separate multiple orders and then combine them for delivery, please call us directly or WhatsApp and specify in the “Order Notes”, we will collect all the products and send them together by those correct information. The time of order delivery time may be delayed.
• Note that all mailing risks (including postage delays, carton damage, loss or accidental theft) must be bear in mind by the buyer and our company is not responsible.
• Order that failed to deliver successfully: Reasons for undeliverable may include incorrect address, no recipient or unclaimed item. When we receive an undeliverable order package, we will notify the customer by email/telephone and arrange for a reshipment. (All extra postage fee must be bear by the buyer).
• Product return: Please contact us within 2 days after placing the order + 852-2151-1636, the returned goods can be returned to the store within 7 days after receiving the goods (unopened, not damaged and intact).
• Please make sure that the phone number you entered is correct. If necessary, we will provide a courier tracking code for reference, which makes your shopping more secure.
• We will only provide local and Macau courier services for the time being. We apologize for any inconvenience.
